  Financial Modeling   We build, re-build, and audit financial models for a variety of end uses: Borrowing, Lending, Feasibility of a new project, Valuations, IPO, Strategic Analysis, etc.  Clients want us to “uncomplicate” the numbers, and create a tool, which they can then use to make better business decisions going forward.
  CFO Support or Transaction Support:
• Periodic or ad-hoc assistance: We manage the financial models for various co’s( from ASX to private), and thus undertake monthly data updating (past actuals, amended forecasts, and scenario analysis), as well as major model amendments reflecting a new business case, or an acquisition, or complete change in direction of business. 
• Specific transactions: We are sometimes asked to come in and execute the entire transaction – which we do (leaving the CFO free to focus on running the co.). Financial modelling/Data Room management/ answering all DD questions / Writing BFS & Project feasibility studies/Terms sheet/ Long form documentation/ Attending to all KYC/ Fulfilling CP’s to get to Financial Close/Creating presentations for IC or Board
