Rock Financial Advisory was established by Emma McPherson, who has over 15 years experience in investment banking:

-Head of Australian Ratings Desk at Moody’s Investors Service
In her banking career Emma amassed extensive transaction experience across Project & Infrastructure Finance, Natural Resources, Leveraged finance and Private Equity, and executing all tasks from financial modelling to credit analysis, origination and coverage, to debt structuring/advisory. Emma now uses that experience to assist our clients across a wide range of mandates.
Emma has a Masters Degree in Commerce (University of Sydney), and speaks Italian, French, German and Dutch.
Jonathan has three decades of success in structuring and closing complex project and acquisition debt financings in Australia & NZ. This experience was gained in senior execution and leadership roles in Australian and international banks, incl. past roles as Head of Project Finance at Westpac, Sydney, followed by 2 years as Director at Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility (NAIF). The >50 transactions he has completed have been across various sectors incl. natural resources, social & economic infra., and renewable and traditional energy. These deals have ranged from small $20m bilateral facilities to billion dollar, multi bank arrangements in both greenfield and existing businesses. Jonathan also brings practical understanding of the technical and commercial issues that dominate projects gained from a background in engineering, construction and project management.
Jonathan holds a double degree in Commerce, and an Honours degree in civil engineering.

Marco ha lavorato 4 anni sviluppando la propria start-up concentrandosi su modelli di business, sostenibilità finanziaria e crescita e sviluppo strategico del marketing. È un utente esperto di tecnologia ed Excel e quindi ha sviluppato competenze che gli consentono di utilizzare Excel da una semplice costruzione di imbuto di vendita a un piano aziendale dettagliato di 15 anni con più variabili e test di scenario. Lavorare per la sua start-up gli ha fornito una vasta conoscenza di Excel e Advanced Modeling, che insegna ai nostri clienti in Europa e utilizza nei suoi incarichi di consulenza. Marco ha anche una specializzazione in energie rinnovabili, avendo completato la sua tesi di laurea sulle pompe di calore geotermiche.

Edouard a travaillé dans la banque d’investissement à Londres et en Suisse principalement avec des produits de change et dérivés. Passionné de l’ère numérique, Edouard a également développé des compétences expertes en VBA afin de répondre à des problématiques métiers spécifiques rencontrées au cours de son expérience bancaire internationale. Il est également un spécialiste de l’intelligence d’affaires et des rapports financiers qualifié avec IBM Cognos TM1 et Business Objects Desktop Intelligence.
